Registration Policy

As our registration fees are among the lowest, each accepted paper must be covered by at least ONE author registration, in-person, by 1st October 2023. There are Regular, PC-Member/SS-Organiser/Student categories. Student registration will need a proof of full-time student status. You will need to enter your details and your paper ID with your registration.

Please take into account that the limit number of pages, including references, is 12. This is a strict limit. Please also ensure that you're using the Springer LNCS/LNAI template (see https://www.springer.com/lncs). 

Registration Fees

Author Registration is due on 1st October 2023

• Regular: €350

• PC Member,  Special Session Organiser, Full-time Student*: €250

* Student proof needs to be emailed at registration.

Registration fee covers

• Publication of your paper in the IDEAL 2023 LNCS Proceedings.

• A copy of IDEAL 2023 Proceedings (electronic version).

• Full attendance of all IDEAL 2023 technical programs. 

• Coffee/tea/refreshment, lunch, and conference dinner.
